Valentins Wirtshaus & Biergarten in Zweibruecken

We had been to Valentine's Tavern for dinner. There was delicious beer and a shandy to drink. The Bavarian crust roast and the sauerbraten were served with the meal. The crust roast was delicious. But the sauerbraten was unfortunately very dry. We informed the wait staff about this upon request. We were immediately served dessert as a reparation. Several apologies were made! A very confident handling of our complaint. Therefore full marks! The service was very friendly and attentive.

One of the most beautiful places in Zweibrücken! I love this pub with the beer garden. The unique ambience is inviting and very cozy. Even in winter you can sit comfortably wrapped in a blanket under the radiant heater on the beautifully decorated terrace. The service and especially the host are always friendly and attentive. Our kids love the great playground and so young and old feel at home there. I'm looking forward to the next time, keep it up!

The ambience is very nice, so I went there a couple of times. The food couldn't convince me, although I had something different each time. The organization is simply not there, because we waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for the food, although it wasn't very busy. You hardly dare to order a dessert. The girls do what they can, they are not unfriendly but not friendly either. They just do their job. The landlord is a story in itself. The place won't see me and my friends anytime soon!

I had caught a very nice, flexible waitress who kept an overview despite the great rush. The food was delicious and my dogs welcome. The ambience adapted to the season is very, very nice.

We always plan to make a stop here! Super motorhome parking space, sanitary facilities very clean! Uuuund the food in the pub only ? so we weren't disappointed yet, super delicious, price / performance ratio, the staff was friendly and quick! Thank you, we'll be back on our way back in 10 days

Nice ambience, very nice service. Unfortunately the food was rather mediocre. Gravy was a finished product, just plain mush with no flavor, schnitzel probably from the deep fryer. No recommendation from me if you prefer really good cuisine. Here it is more of a snack bar character with overpriced prices.

Attentive service and a well-tended beer are half the battle. If the quality of the food is also right, the five points are fully deserved.

Very nice restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. There is a lot of space, but you should reserve a table as it is usually very crowded at peak times. The food is delicious and the prices are not too expensive either.

Very great beer garden I think the best I have ever visited. Boss very present, consciously pays attention to the employees and works personally with them. Very good quality cuisine. Always worth a visit in Zweibrücken! Patrick Kasper

The location is super nice and so is the flair. The service is super nice. However, we often had to wait a long time to be able to order something to drink. There is little choice for vegetarians. I think the portions are very small for the high price.

Very nice, well-kept brewery, but portions are very well arranged, even if tasty. Schnitzel small, salad tiny, just too expensive for € 14.50. Backhändel the same. We were still hungry. Again to drink, no more to eat.

Very friendly staff and delicious food. Literally melt in your mouth tender. Great place to meet up with friends and try some German cuisine.

Great beer garden. We were warmly welcomed and served quickly. The service was very nice and attentive. The waiting time for the food seemed a bit too long. We had salad and schnitzel. The dressing was good and light, the meat was crispy and a bit dry. In terms of price, barely acceptable for a beer garden.

The beer garden has seen better days !!! Fewer and fewer visitors and become quite expensive for self-service. A wheat beer e.g. 3.90 € self service !!! In most restaurants with service you pay € 3.20 for wheat, € 0.70 less

Absolutely great location. There are 2 ways to use them. On the one hand the restaurant with service and a slightly more sophisticated menu and on the other hand the beer garden, where you order and pick up yourself, but afterwards everything is cleared away by the staff. There is enough space and the right meal for every appetite at reasonable prices. For children there is a wonderful playground on site. We also stood right next to it with a motorhome on the parking space, which is also worth a recommendation.

Nice place and delicious food .. BUT .. incompetent staff, just stands rum and just does not ... do not even disinfect the tables. You can only get in if you have a face mask. Unfortunately, a cloth or similar does not count. Food is delicious but extremely overpriced.

We always love to go here! The waitresses are always very friendly and attentive and the food is always very, very good! Priced all right! There is a small, very cute children's menu for coloring in the little ones. The restaurant and toilets are always super clean, and the terrace is beautiful and partly covered, so that you can eat outside even when it rains. Highly recommended!

Nice facility with enough space. We were in the self-service beer garden. The food was ok, but too expensive for Zweibrücken. It reminded us a bit of Munich conditions ... and that in the beautiful Palatinate, which is known for good plain food and moderate prices ... The children liked the playground.

Great small plates with vegetarian options - salat, cheese plate, vegiburger and bretzel. Situated right next to a very nice playground for the kids to enjoy
